Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash activities from entry to fulfilment, billing and delivery.
• Process customer orders accurately in SAP and ensure timely execution according to requirements.
• Review open orders and backlog and follow up on ageing orders.
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate cross-company purchases with factories and suppliers.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and coordinate with factories and suppliers for material availability.
• Coordinate billing activities and ensure invoices and delivery documents are issued on time.
• Respond to customer and sales enquiries regarding stock, status and shipments.
• Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth fulfillment and service delivery.
• Manage returns and coordinate with factories or suppliers.
• Investigate and resolve order/shipment/document discrepancies.
• Support stock take, reconciliation and audits.
• Work with Sales, Finance, Regulatory and other teams for daily operations.
• Support process improvement and KPI reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash activities from order entry through fulfilment, billing and delivery.


• Process customer orders accurately in SAP and ensure timely execution according to customer and operational requirements.


• Review open orders and backlog reports and follow up on outstanding or ageing orders.


• Issue purchase orders and coordinate cross-company purchases with factories and suppliers.


• Monitor inbound deliveries and work closely with factories and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.


• Coordinate billing activities and ensure invoices and delivery documents are issued accurately and on time.


• Respond to customer and sales enquiries regarding stock availability, order status and shipment updates.


• Coordinate closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery.


• Manage return processes for excess or defective goods and coordinate with relevant factories or suppliers.


• Investigate and resolve order, shipment and documentation discrepancies.


• Support annual stock take, reconciliation and internal / external audit activities.


• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Regulatory and other cross-functional teams on daily operational requirements.


• Support process improvement initiatives, operational efficiency projects and KPI reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.


• Min 5 years of relevant experience in Order Fulfilment, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Customer Operations or Order Management.


• Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred.


• Good understanding of order-to-cash processes, including order processing, fulfilment, billing and shipment coordination.


• Strong customer service orientation with good communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Meticulous and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.


• Comfortable working within regulatory, quality and audit requirements.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.


• Knowledge of CRM systems and/or SharePoint will be an advantage.


• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
