Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a Programme Coordinator for the Student Life Academy and Alumni Relations (SLAR) to help deliver development and engagement initiatives for students and alumni. You will manage student clubs, mentor leaders, plan development programmes, support alumni events, collaborate with stakeholders, and analyse data to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating events, programmes or stakeholder engagements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students and partners effectively.
• Interest in mentoring youth leadership and student engagement activities.
• Organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support assigned student clubs and CCAs, ensuring effective operations in line with policies.
• Mentor student leaders in planning activities, projects, events and leadership initiatives.
• Plan and execute student development programmes, workshops and engagement activities.
• Support alumni engagement initiatives, including networking events and volunteer opportunities.
• Collaborate with students, alumni, industry partners and vendors to deliver meaningful programmes.
• Handle event logistics, registrations, procurement, and admin to ensure smooth execution.
• Collect and analyse programme data; assist in preparing reports and dashboards to evaluate outcomes.
