Job summary

NTU Singapore invites applications for the role of Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Alumni Engagement. You will support the CCDS Alumni Engagement Team by strengthening links with alumni, enabling student-alumni initiatives and ensuring successful alumni events.

Responsibilities include managing events, developing engagement strategies and maintaining documentation while collaborating with the CCDS AA and the Deanery. Strong communication and weekend availability are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in event management and large-scale events.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and industry partnerships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Ability to learn new data and event management platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willing to work weekends to support student and alumni events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and support events with the CCDS Alumni Association (CCDS AA).
• Facilitate meetings with relevant Alumni stakeholders.
• Plan, organize and provide support for students and alumni activities.
• Manage news writes-ups and social media to engage students and alumni.
• Address inquiries and coordinate engagement opportunities; build relationships.
