Job summary

Great Resources M & E Contractor Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled Civil/Structural Coordinator with a strong background in large-scale condominium projects. You will design, analyze and plan civil and structural works, prepare calculations and drawings, and liaise with authorities.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and other trades, oversee site activities, ensure compliance with drawings and ISO standards, and contribute to timely reporting and document control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building.
• Min 5 years of structural coordinator experience in A1 Main Construction and large scale project, preferably in condominium project.
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements.
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive & able to meet tight deadlines.
• Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately.
