Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Civil/Structural Coordinator to design, analyze and plan our structural works in Singapore. You will prepare calculations, drawings and submissions to authorities while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors and other trades to meet project specifications. The role requires at least 3 years of structural coordination experience and strong knowledge of structural requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/Building.
• Min 3 years structural coordinator experience.
• Preferably with experience in hospital projects.
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions.
• Coordinate & liaise with consultant, contractor and other trades for project specifications & other technical issues.
• Assist in project coordination and oversee all structural/civil works on site and ensure drawings are followed.
• Attend technical meetings and site walks during construction phase.
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme.
• Document control and compilation according to ISO standards.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural / civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard
