Job summary

Kaszon Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Civil/Structural Engineer to coordinate and oversee structural/Civil works on site, ensuring all activities align with drawings and project specs. You will prepare design calculations, drawings and liaise with consultants and authorities for submissions, while maintaining ISO-compliant document control.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or Building required.
• Minimum 5 years of structural coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions.
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities.
• Coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades such M&E and architectural for project specifications & other technical issues.
• Assist in project coordination and oversee all structural/Civil works on site and ensure activities align with drawings.
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings and site walks during construction phase.
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme.
• Document control and compilation according to ISO standards.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• Min 5 years structural coordinator experience
• Good knowledge of structural specifications & requirements
