Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD is seeking a Civil/Structural Coordinator to design and plan civil and structural engineering works, prepare calculations and drawings, and liaise with consultants and contractors. The role requires ensuring timely submissions to authorities and coordinating technical issues across trades.

The candidate should have a diploma or degree in civil/structural engineering, at least two years of coordinator experience, and strong knowledge of structural specifications and requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/Building.
• Min 2 years structural coordinator experience.
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions.
• Coordinate with Consultant, sub-con and other trades for project specifications & technical issues.
• Assist in project coordination and oversee structural/Civil works on site per drawings.
• Attend meetings and site walks during the construction phase of the project.
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme.
• Document control and compilation according to ISO standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building
• Min 2 years structural coordinator experience
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
