Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a senior structural engineer to lead complex building designs in Singapore. You will drive design development, perform advanced analyses, and prepare drawings for construction, collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

You will oversee permit submissions, ensure compliance with SS EN Eurocodes, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with the China HQ for cross-border projects. A PE-eligible profile and strong software skills are required.

Qualifications

At least Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 12 years of relevant structural design experience.
Familiarity with Singapore’s building and structural regulatory framework (SS EN Eurocodes, BCA submissions).
Singapore-registered PE (Civil/Structural) preferred or PE-eligible.
Proficiency in multiple structural software tools (2–3 of SAP2000, ETABS, 3D3S, Dlubal, IDEA StatiCa) and AutoCAD; Rhino/Grasshopper, Revit, Tekla a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead structural design for complex building projects (large-span, curved/irregular structures).
Oversee full design lifecycle from concept to construction-stage support.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and contractors to ensure design intent.
Mentor engineers and manage design subcontractors; cross-functional coordination.
Provide on-site technical support during construction and implement design changes if needed.
Ensure compliance with Singapore standards and regulatory submissions.
