Strong leadership and client‑facing skills are essential for coordinating with architects, consultants, and authorities. You will apply advanced façade knowledge, review technical drawings, and drive design optimizations on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 12 years of relevant façade design/engineering experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred but not required for candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead façade design development for complex projects, including curved, irregular, large-span, unitised, and high-complexity systems.
• Oversee the full design process from concept through working drawings and detailing.
• Review fabrication drawings and cutting lists to verify design intent and buildability.
• Apply technical judgment to resolve complex façade engineering issues independently.
• Ensure designs comply with Singapore regulations and standards; coordinate with BCA/SCDF.
