• Proven ability to lead design teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide structural design engineers and drafters on major building projects.
• Review and approve structural calculations, reports, drawings and specifications.
• Resolve complex structural engineering challenges for the design team.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through construction including client and technical meetings.
• Plan, monitor and control project schedules, manpower and deliverables.
