invites applications for a Senior Structural Design Manager who will lead the structural design and technical coordination of major projects across Singapore. You will drive concept design, analysis, and coordination with architecture, façade, MEP, and construction teams to deliver safe, buildable solutions from tender through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of structural design experience, preferably on complex or international projects.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for technical discussions and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural concept design, analysis, and technical coordination for projects in Singapore.
• Coordinate with architectural, façade, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure buildable solutions.
• Support tender stage with proposals, value engineering, and technical input.
• Manage design schedules to meet tender and project milestones.
• Review calculations, drawings, and deliverables for quality and safety.
• Provide leadership and risk assessment for complex structures.
