Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Retail and Private Banking, Investment Banking or Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back processes.
• Knowledge of investment products and services across asset classes.
• Proven ability to lead governance forums and manage strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management support on product development and management; run governance forums and program steering committees.
• Collaborate with product specialists, markets and control functions to deliver initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and regulatory updates, drive strategy and execution.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives with clear scope, milestones, and governance compliance.
• Promote HSBC values and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
