HSBC Wealth & Premier Solutions seeks a Senior Business Manager to lead governance for product development and management, partnering with product specialists, markets, Legal, Compliance, Operations and risk teams.

The role focuses on translating strategy into actionable scope and milestones, delivering initiatives on time and within budget while cultivating strong leadership and a collaborative culture across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Retail/Private Banking or Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back banking processes.
• Knowledge of multiple asset classes.
• Familiarity with regulatory regimes.
• Proven product management, process reengineering and PM skills.
• High compliance and risk culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management support on product development and management; run governance forums and program steering committees.
• Collaborate with product specialists, markets and support functions (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Sales Quality) to deliver initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and regulatory updates; drive strategy, execution and risk monitoring.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives; translate strategy into scope, milestones and measurable outcomes; manage dependencies and budgets.
• Promote HSBC values; foster collaborative teamwork and positive attitude across the organization.
• Communicate clearly and honestly, tailoring messages to the audience.
