Job summary

Model ML is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to cultivate senior relationships with leading financial institutions and drive access and influence across strategically important accounts.

You will work alongside Enterprise Account Executives, using your network to open doors, accelerate opportunities and expand relationships through in-person meetings, dinners, roundtables and events.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executives in large financial institutions.
• Strong network used to open doors and create opportunities.
• Experience engaging CEOs, CIOs, COOs, and other senior decision-makers.
• 5+ years in private equity, investment banking, top-tier consulting, enterprise FinTech sales or related field.
• Experience organizing executive dinners, roundtables, conferences or senior client events.
• Exceptional organization, preparation and attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of how large institutions make technology and commercial decisions.
• Ability to work independently while supporting an Enterprise Account Executive.
• MBA is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to travel extensively, often on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Use your network to open doors and access new accounts and decision-makers.
• Build trusted relationships across the world's leading financial institutions.
• Map account politics, incentives and decision structures.
• Identify economic buyers, champions, blockers and stakeholders.
• Remove bottlenecks through senior relationships.
• Represent Model ML in executive conversations and events.
• Support expansion into additional teams and use cases.
• Provide clear customer intelligence to account teams.
• Organize executive dinners, roundtables and events for large groups.
• Travel to meet customers and prospects in person.
• Coordinate invitations, attendees, agendas and follow-ups with precision.
• Maintain records of relationships, decision-makers and next actions.
• Ensure introductions lead to measurable commercial outcomes.
