Job summary

stmicroelectronics pte ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced EWS/FT test operations specialist to interface with OSATs across South-East Asia. You will lead new product introduction and ensure NPI requirements are fulfilled while driving yield improvement.

You will drive test firewall initiatives in OSATs, execute test capacity expansions for testers, handlers and hardware, and implement best practices across the OSAT network.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor test manufacturing (EWS/FT).
• Understanding of test processes and equipment operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs in South-East Asia.
• Drive EWS/FT new product introduction and fulfil NPI requirements.
• Drive yield improvement activities.
• Implement test firewall in OSATs.
• Execute test capacity expansions (tester/handler/hardware).
• Share best practices across OSATs.
