Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Singapore is seeking a manufacturing professional to support EWS ramp-up, drive yield improvements, and coordinate cross-functional production changes. You will work with Engineering, Device, Quality and AMK teams to ensure KPI targets and timely reporting.

The role requires a Master or Bachelor degree in science or electronics engineering, at least 2 years in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of electronic/optical environments and optics.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in science or electronics engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electronic and semiconductor/optical environments is required.
• Knowledge of optics or photonics is key.
• Experience with statistical analysis of data and images/optical tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive EWS ramp-up readiness, coordinate with Engineering teams and support production changes.
• Work with Engineering, Device, Quality and AMK support/production teams.
• Drive yield improvement with device engineering and quality teams; interface for yield reports.
• Qualification and release of new TP revisions to production; support NPI testing in EWS plant.
• Secure test KPI performance aligned with delivery plan (NRT, Retest, HW maintenance).
• Drive MRB with Device and FE quality Engineers.
• Manage upstream & downstream products to impact yield and cycle time.
• Sustaining improvement: SBL control reviews for EWS; perform tester and hardware qual analysis.
