Job summary

Infineon Technologies Singapore seeks an experienced Test Development professional to design, debug, and release production test programs for semiconductor products. You will collaborate with Design and Product Engineering to translate requirements into robust test solutions and drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes test methodologies, qualification activities, and data analysis to ensure product quality and manufacturability across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Semiconductor Test Development
• Experience in Product Engineering and Silicon Characterization
• Knowledge of test methodologies and qualification processes
• Familiarity with DOE/ SPC and quality concepts
• Proficiency in programming/scripting for test automation

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, validate, and release production test programs for semiconductor products.
• Design and implement test methodologies to ensure adequate test coverage and product quality.
• Develop and validate test hardware solutions to support characterization and qualification activities.
• Drive test program optimization for test quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with design and product engineering teams to translate product requirements into test solutions.
• Ensure test solutions are production-ready and meet manufacturing release requirements.
• Generate qualification reports and provide recommendations for production release.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Test Development & Release

• Develop, debug, validate, and releaseproduction test programs for semiconductor products.
• Design and implementtest methodologies to ensure adequatetest coverageandproduct quality.
• Develop and validatetest hardware solutions to supportcharacterizationandqualification activities.
• Drive test program optimizationfor testquality, efficiency, and manufacturability.

Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Analyzetest and characterization data to identifytrends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilizestatistical techniquesand engineering methodologies to improve testrobustnessand product quality.
• Develop automation scriptsanddata analysis toolsto improve engineering productivity.
• Leveragedigital engineering toolsandAI-assisted analyticswhere appropriate to accelerate data analysis and problem-solving.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely withDesign, Product Engineering, Quality, Reliability, and Manufacturingteams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• SupportNew Product Introduction (NPI)activities and product transfers tomanufacturing sites.
• Participate intechnical reviewsand contribute to product release decisions.
• Ensure properdocumentationof test methodologies, characterization results, and release packages.
