Job summary

NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Test Operations Technician to support daily test activities, validate test programs, and optimize semiconductor device testing.

You will troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and contribute to process improvements across production, quality, and process engineering teams. The role requires 1–3 years in semiconductor testing or electronics manufacturing, with strong analytical skills, teamwork, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/ Semiconductor/ Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years in semiconductor testing, electronics manufacturing, or related industry.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor testing, test equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily test operations to ensure product quality, yield, and production targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor testing, electronics manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor testing, test equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in semiconductor testing, IC testing or final test operations.
• Familiarity with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms and test methodologies.
• Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.
