Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor Fabs environment with a Master's or PhD.
• 8+ years of experience in BCD device development with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in developing BCD devices from scratch for consumer/automotive applications.

About the job Senior Staff Engineer (BCD Devices)

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customers to understand all BCDMOS active and passive devices and their feature requirements.
• Led the BCD technology‑related active and passive device P-cell layout generation.
• Working closely with the Modelling team to get models developed to satisfy customers' application‑specific needs.
• Work closely with PDK teams to implement all necessary application‑specific device features in the PDK and close the loop/technical communication with customers.
• Based on customers' needs, enhance BCDMOS device performance and features.

Requirements:

• Master or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Physics with 5 years experiences in the Semiconductor Fabs environment.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering/Physics with 8+ years of experience in BCD device development is welcome to apply.
• Skills in Bipolar CMOS/DMOS, TCAD, RFSOI, or other semiconductor device technology.
• Experiences in developing BCD devices from scratch for consumer/automotive grade applications.
• Detailed understanding of DMOS and CMOS analog device layouts, device characterization, enablement features and application aspects is essential.
