Qualifications

• Deg/masters in Electrical Eng/Physics/Materials Science.
• 2–3 years of process integration / technology development experience.
• Good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering splits on development lots
• Device testing and report generation
• Work with failure analysis and reliability testing teams on process/reliability issues
• Own lots while learning the HV specific process/device development.
• Support high voltage test structure layout, device optimization.
