Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor Fabs environment with a Master's or PhD.
• 8+ years of experience in BCD device development with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in developing BCD devices from scratch for consumer/automotive applications.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements for BCDMOS devices.
• Lead P-cell layout generation for BCD technology.
• Collaborate with the Modelling team for application-specific models.
• Work with PDK teams to implement device features.
• Enhance device performance based on customer needs.
