Job summary

Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Analog Layout Engineer to design full custom layouts of AMS modules in planar CMOS, BCD and FinFET tech, and to create efficient floorplans that meet performance.

You will verify layouts, document details, and work closely with the design team. A Master or Bachelor in Microelectronics or Electronic Engineering and at least 5 years in analog layout are required; Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of analog layout experience.
• Experience with deep submicron planar CMOS and BCD technologies.
• Good teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform full custom layout of Analog Mixed Signal modules in planar CMOS, BCD and FinFET technologies.
• Create an efficient floorplan to ensure optimal placement and routing of analogue components to meet design requirements and performance.
• Perform layout verification of the IP module to ensure quality and compliance of the processes.
• Documentation of all layout details according to the development process and adhere to the quality and standards.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor/Master degree in Microelectronics/Electronic Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in analog layout of circuits, such as Bandgap, LDO, Oscillators, PLL, ADC etc
• Experience in deep submicron process in planar CMOS and BCD technologies.
• Knowledge of FinFET will be advantageous
• Proficient in EDA tools, such as Cadence, Synopsys and Mentor
• Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python, Java will be a plus
• Excellent team player
