Job summary

MICRON Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior/Staff Engineer to lead test development, product engineering and EFA for automotive NAND and SSD BGA products across qualification, ramp, and customer returns.

You will partner with NAND device, ASIC, firmware, and test teams to deliver robust test strategies, improve yield, reduce test time, and secure needed lab infra. The role also focuses on AI-enabled automation of engineering workflows and clear technical reporting, with heavy

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• NAND flash or non-volatile storage knowledge.
• Product/device level testing, analysis and debugging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality, cost-efficient SSD/Managed NAND test strategies.
• Define and secure required test fixtures for memory and system testing.
• Lead electrical failure analysis for UFS/SSD BGA through all life-cycle phases.
• Improve yield, test time, and quality to meet targets.
• Develop AI tools/agents (Claude/Copilot) to automate workflows.
• Provide engineering reports and project status updates.
