Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain wafer and package functional test strategies for NAND Flash products.
• Collaborate with test solutions and production engineering groups to ensure test program readiness for new products and high volume manufacturing.
• Improve device yield, reliability and quality through test optimization and data analysis.
• Provide cost-effective solutions for production test flow optimization and test time reduction.
• Assist process and production teams with engineering expertise to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Introduce AI-enabled test time reduction solutions and release programs to production.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
