Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Staff Engineer to lead test development for automotive managed NAND and SSD BGA products across qualification, ramp, and customer returns.

You will collaborate with NAND, ASIC, firmware, and test teams to deliver robust test strategies and scalable lab infrastructure, while applying AI tools to automate workflows and improve yield and quality.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with ≥3 years (or Bachelor’s with ≥5 years) in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering.
• Knowledge of NAND flash or other non-volatile storage.
• Familiar with storage interfaces (PCIe/NVMe, UFS) is a plus.
• Experience with product-level testing, debugging, and EFA.
• Experience with AI tools to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy development for SSD and Managed NAND products.
• Collaborate with NAND device, ASIC, firmware, and test engineering teams.
• Perform electrical failure analysis across qualification, ramp, and customer returns.
• Develop AI-assisted tools to automate workflows and data analysis.
• Prepare engineering reports and project updates.
