Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer in Product Engineering, NAND Validation/Characterization to drive functional and design validation for advanced NAND devices.

You will work with silicon and simulation platforms, develop automation, and integrate AI/ML techniques to improve test efficiency and debug productivity. The role requires 3–5 years in a similar engineering role, strong problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration, and hands-on experience

Competenze

3–5 years of relevant engineering experience in NAND validation or a related field.
Experience with silicon and simulation-based validation and electrical failure analysis.
Ability to design and execute validation flows for NAND devices.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly.

Mansioni

Design and execute functional and design validation flows for advanced NAND devices using silicon and simulation platforms.
Develop deterministic usage‑case tests and random sequence generators for NAND commands.
Perform electrical failure analysis and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
Characterize NAND performance, timing, and power, adhering to latest interfaces.
Create automation frameworks using C, Python, and Perl to improve test development and execution.
Apply AI/ML-assisted data analytics to accelerate triage, identify gaps, and prioritize debugging.
