Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Engineer in Product Engineering, NAND Validation/Characterization. The role emphasizes functional and design validation, simulation-based methods, and deep failure analysis.

You will drive automation frameworks using C/C++, Python, and Perl, and apply AI/ML techniques to improve test efficiency, coverage, and debugging productivity. Collaboration across design, applications, and validation teams is key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer or a related field.
• It is beneficial to have familiarity with NAND validation and characterization.
• Experience with simulation-based validation and failure analysis is preferred.
• Ability to apply AI/ML techniques to validation data and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional and design validation flows for NAND devices.
• Develop deterministic tests and RNG-based tests for customer-mode features.
• Perform detailed failure analysis and root-cause investigations with cross-functional teams.
• Build automation frameworks in C, Python, and Perl to accelerate validation.
• Leverage AI/ML-driven approaches to improve coverage, triage, and debugging.
