Job summary

You will own end-to-end reliability, lead incident response, and drive observability, capacity planning, and automation across core infrastructure and services. The role partners with Product and Development teams to forecast growth, design resilient architectures, implement monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana, and mentor the SRE team while

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SRE or related operations experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale ecommerce/financial platforms.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with observability ecosystems (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry).
• Automation and IaC tooling experience (Terraform, Chef, Ansible).

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous assessments of infrastructure health and performance.
• Collaborate with product/dev teams to forecast growth and ensure scalability.
• Design and implement observability improvements and unified telemetry.
• Lead RCA and incident reviews to identify root causes.
• Mentor and train team members on networking and reliability practices.
• Drive automation to reduce MTTD/MTTM and enable self-healing.
