Job summary
GLOSAP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking experienced Kubernetes & Site Reliability Engineers to support highly scalable, production platforms for a global technology customer in Singapore.
The role requires strong hands-on Kubernetes, Linux, production reliability, automation and observability expertise, with experience in incident management for large-scale environments. You will work with DevOps, security and application teams to maintain reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes/SRE in production environments.
- Strong hands-on Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Linux, networking, incident management and automation.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot large-scale Kubernetes-based environments.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, availability and performance of critical services.
- Investigate production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Participate in incident response and drive permanent corrective actions.
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve platform reliability.
- Build and improve monitoring, alerting and observability frameworks.
- Define and track SLIs/SLOs and runbooks; support upgrades and patching.
