Reolink is seeking a Senior/Lead Site Reliability Engineer to ensure high availability, reliability, and secure operations for cloud-based services. The role requires supervising a small team, owning incident response, and implementing robust automation across platforms.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cloud services and strong experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. Office-based in Singapore with on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cloud services products and application operations.
• Experience leading a small SRE/ops team is preferable.
• Familiar with CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Responsabilités

• Maintain high availability and stability of application systems with monitoring, alerts, on-call duties and performance optimizations.
• Ensure privacy, data protection compliance and complete auditing materials.
• Manage change and release processes, version control and rollback strategies during release windows.
• Drive automation and infrastructure optimization to support scalability and efficient resource use.
• Provide feedback for business architecture design and maintain operational documentation.
