Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional in Singapore to manage cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines, driving reliability and scalable delivery.

You will monitor performance and security, automate operations with IaC, and collaborate with development teams to improve system resilience and efficiency. The role requires 5+ years in DevOps/SRE and hands-on Kubernetes across multiple clouds.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, or SRE roles.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience on at least two cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP/Aliyun/Huawei Cloud).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, or equivalent.
• Proficient in scripting and automation (Shell, Python, Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
• Experience managing databases and production environments is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient application delivery.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and security using observability tools.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Automate operational processes through scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to improve system reliability and scalability.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
