Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate sommelier to deliver high-quality wine service in a premium hospitality setting in Singapore. You will suggest wines, guide guests through the wine list and contribute to elevated guest experiences through informed recommendations and pairing ideas.

You will lead a sommelier team, oversee wine and beverage operations, manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance and training, and uphold service standards with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset in a

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sommelier, wine service or premium hospitality operations with strong wine knowledge.
• Strong understanding of wine pairing, aperitifs and professional wine service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand guest preferences and provide personalised recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide a sommelier team while maintaining high service standards.
• Passionate about hospitality, proactive in solving problems, and keeping up with wine industry trends.
