Job summary

Swiss Reinsurance Company in Singapore seeks a Senior Solutions Sales SID to drive the growth of our Solutions business in Insurance and Public Sector market segments. You will deepen client relationships, develop new revenue streams, and help expand feebased income for Swiss Re's RDS Insurance Solutions offerings.

You will own the sales strategy across SEA SID, manage a robust pipeline, lead negotiations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value, analytics, and consulting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within financial, consulting, or technology services.
• Deep knowledge of the P&C insurance industry across underwriting, claims, risk management, and technology.
• Strong existing network within the P&C sector and a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional prospecting and lead-generation skills.
• Consultative, client-first approach and ability to translate customer needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of RDS Insurance Solutions products, consulting services and analytics projects for the South-East Asia (SID) markets.
• Establish and support annual business planning
• Deliver revenue targets in alignment with annual planning
• Execute the go-to-market strategy across SID
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities and leads
• Manage a robust sales pipeline
• Present compelling pitches and demonstrations
• Lead negotiations and close deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance outreach
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
• Maintain understanding of Swiss Re's IP and offerings
• Provide feedback to product/delivery teams
• Keep CRM records and prepare sales reports/forecasts for senior management
