Job summary

Xendit Singapore is seeking a technically-minded Solutions Engineer to bridge enterprise clients and product/engineering teams. In this presales role, you will work with Account Executives to design payment solutions across Xendit's licensed infrastructure, guiding clients from technical discovery to integration and launch.

The role requires 6+ years in client-facing technical roles in payments/fintech, strong API/webhook/SDK expertise, and experience with regional/global enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in client-facing technical roles in payments/fintech/SaaS.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs.
• Experience with regional/global enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of payment flows, acquiring, FX, and payouts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical Pre-Sales Solution Design with regional/global teams.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses and create integration documentation.
• Guide POC and integration planning with clients.
• Capture feedback to product and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales, CS, and engineering for smooth handoffs.
