Job summary
Xendit is seeking a technically-minded, client-facing Solutions Engineer to join our regional/global go-to-market team. You will bridge enterprise clients with Xendit's product and engineering teams, architecting payment solutions across our multi-market licensed infrastructure.
In this presales advisory role, you will conduct technical discovery, respond to RFPs, demo products, and guide clients from initial inquiry to successful integration and launch.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a client-facing or solutioning technical role in payments/fintech/SaaS
- Mandarin proficiency required for enterprise clients in Mandarin markets
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs; can read code samples
- Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and payouts preferred
- Experience with regional/global enterprise clients is essential
Responsibilities
- Design tailored payment solutions with regional/global sales teams leveraging Xendit's suite
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with CTOs and lead engineers
- Architect cross-border solutions ensuring compliance and commercial fit
- Deliver product demos and technical presentations to diverse audiences
- Lead technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and prepare integration docs
- Guide POCs and integration planning to shorten time-to-go-live
- Capture feedback for product teams and monitor market trends
- Collaborate with sales, success, and engineering for scalable patterns
- Travel as needed to meet clients and align with regional teams
