Job summary
Xendit seeks a technically-minded, client-facing Solutions Engineering professional to join our regional/global go-to-market team. You will be the bridge between enterprise clients and Xendit\'s product/engineering teams, partnering with Account Executives to drive the technical win in complex sales cycles.
You will listen to client needs, architect payment solutions across Xendit\'s 7-market licensed infrastructure, and guide clients from initial technical discovery through to successful
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role (payments/fintech/SaaS).
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs; can explain technical concepts to engineers.
- Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts is preferred.
- Experience working with regional/global enterprise clients is essential.
Responsibilities
- Technical Pre-Sales Solution Design with regional/global sales teams.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and map prospect infrastructure for integration.
- Architect cross-border payment solutions ensuring compliance and business value.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to diverse audiences.
- Lead technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and prepare integration documentation.
- Guide clients through sandbox testing and integration planning; act as trusted advisor.
