Palo Alto Networks in Singapore is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Support professional to drive technical engagement across the sales cycle, lead discovery sessions, and validate proposed solutions with customers.

You will deliver value propositions, craft architectural content, coordinate with Solutions Engineering and Product teams, and represent our security offerings at events and with partners.

Qualifications

• Ability to present complex technical data concisely to diverse audiences, including executives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities for multifaceted technical challenges.
• Proven track record of cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in AI concepts and related tooling is highly desirable.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support throughout the sales cycle, focusing on discovery and technical defense of solutions during negotiation.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and outcomes through stakeholder collaboration.
• Deliver targeted demonstrations to align proposed solutions with customer strategy and value.
• Present executive‑level technical value of security solutions and enable future‑state transitions.
• Offer strategic oversight for demos, POV/POC engagements, and content development.
