Job summary

GIENTECH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced IT solutions delivery professional to support the Financial Services sector with analysis and tailored implementation.

You will configure packages and tailor fitments to meet business requirements across multiple projects. Collaborate to balance functionality with user experience, ensuring mobile-optimized digital channels and end-to-end delivery. The role requires guiding junior teammates and applying strong data interpretation for solution

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT industry experience in software solution delivery, with 5+ years in financial domain.
• Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Ability to work in a team and independently to meet tight delivery timelines.
• Ability to work independently and guide junior team members when required.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively to balance business functionality and user experience, ensuring digital channels are optimized for mobile consumption.
• Familiar with application delivery methodologies and end-to-end full project lifecycle delivery.
• Hands-on experience supporting digital channel adaptation, responsive and multi-device user experience validation.
• Possess in-depth understanding of branch digital front-office business requirements and solid practical experience on payment management application delivery.
• Able to interpret data models for solution alignment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT industry within software solution delivery, 5+ years in financial area.
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Ability to work in a team and independently to meet tight delivery timelines.
• Must be able to work independently and manage own workload, provide guidance to junior team members when required.
