Job summary

WalkMe, an industry-leading SAP company, is hiring a Solution Advisor in Singapore. You will translate customer strategy into WalkMe solutions, lead technical discussions, and deliver executive-level value pitches to strategic clients. This role partners with Sales and Delivery to drive impactful demos, POCs, and roadmap influence.

Travel may be required. You bring 10+ years in SaaS with enterprise customers, strong communication skills, and experience with SAP or Salesforce.

Qualifications

Ten or more years of SaaS experience with enterprise customers in roles such as technical pre-sales, solution advisor, or sales engineer.
Strong track record of delivering technical demonstrations and executive-level communications.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Act as the conduit between Sales and Delivery to translate customer vision into WalkMe solutions.
Lead technical discussions with IT and development teams and present custom demos.
Plan discovery strategies to uncover business problems tied to revenue, cost, and risk.
Define success criteria, install and configure solutions, and manage POCs on site or remotely.
Present value pitches to executives and collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap.
Travel may be required and experience with SAP/SFDC is a plus.
