SolarGy Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks Assistant Project Director – Solar PV (Electrical) to lead a team across multiple PV projects, both new construction and brownfield, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will oversee electrical engineering design, procurement, subcontractor management, and coordinate with authorities to secure approvals, with emphasis on compliant, cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical project delivery and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical engineering or related fields.
• Experience leading project teams and multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with M&E contracting and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead project teams to deliver multiple electrical/M&E projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee electrical design, including SLDs, sizing, protection coordination and earthing.
• Coordinate with QPs, LEWs, SP Group, SCDF and clients for approvals and interfaces.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and site safety across projects.
• Ensure quality, testing, commissioning, and handover activities meet standards.
• Support handover with as-built drawings and documentation.
