Job summary

SunPro Energies Pte. Ltd. seeks a Solar Project Engineer to lead rooftop solar deployments in Singapore and the region, overseeing installation teams from design to handover. You will manage on-site activities, ensure quality and safety, and act as the primary client contact during construction.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, 3–5 years in project management, and strong proficiency with PVsyst and related modelling/drawing tools. Independence and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in solar project execution is advantageous.
• Proficient in energy modelling software (PVsyst), 2D and construction modelling, and drawings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and install solar energy systems for rooftop projects across Singapore and the region.
• Plan onsite activities and manage installation teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Serve as the primary contact between the company and clients during the construction phase to maintain clear communication.
• Develop, execute, and revise project work plans to meet evolving needs and requirements.
• Perform hands‑on implementation and supervision on site to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Design the full construction process from pre‑construction through post‑construction and system handover to clients.
• Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Identify potential safety risks in projects and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare for engagement reviews and conduct quality assurance procedures to maintain project standards.
• Ensure smooth delivery and system turn‑on at project completion.
