Job summary

SOLARGY PTE. LTD. seeks an Assistant Project Director to lead and manage a team across multiple solar PV projects, including both new builds and brownfield upgrades.

The role covers planning, design coordination, procurement, site execution, safety, quality, budget, and handover, with emphasis on electrical engineering and M&E contracting expertise. The candidate will oversee project teams, coordinate with clients, QPs, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure on-time delivery within budget

Qualifications

• Strong electrical engineering expertise.
• Proven track record in leading project teams.
• Experience with M&E contracting and site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple solar PV projects concurrently.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, QPs, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Monitor budget, schedule, risks, and performance with regular reporting.
• Coach Project Managers and site personnel to strengthen delivery performance.
