Job summary

SolarGy Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Solar Project Manager to lead a landmark LTA solar PV project. You will act as Contractor’s Representative, directing design, procurement, installation, testing and handover with government stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years in large-scale infra or solar, strong leadership, deep solar engineering know-how, and regulatory familiarity with EMA, BCA, SCDF and LTA. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy)
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale infra or solar projects
• Proven experience handling government, LTA, or major public infrastructure contracts
• Strong leadership, people management and project delivery skills
• Excellent understanding of solar PV design, installation, electrical integration and commissioning
• Familiarity with EMA, BCA, SCDF, LTA and other regulatory requirements
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead as Contractor’s Representative and oversee full project lifecycle
• Manage design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover
• Develop and maintain project execution strategy aligned with LTA requirements
• Lead project team including engineers, coordinators and subcontractors
• Develop schedules, milestones, manpower plans and resource allocation
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, LTA officers and stakeholders
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across site operations
• Oversee QA/QC processes and documentation
• Coordinate inspections and final handover with LTA
• Maintain clear stakeholder communications and issue resolution
