Job summary
Dyson Institute is seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance professional to drive quality across the software development lifecycle for IoT-enabled products. You will act as the System Quality Assurance representative in cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to Dyson software quality policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- 5+ years software quality management or relevant experience
- Experience across JDM and external development partners
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC standards and regulatory environments
Responsibilities
- Act as System Quality Assurance representative within cross-functional product teams
- Provide ongoing software quality engineering support across the SDLC
- Assist teams in verification and validation planning and execution
- Provide independent quality oversight across the software lifecycle
- Promote software quality best practices across projects and engineering teams
- Guide teams in quality-by-design and quality planning activities
- Collaborate with Software/Hardware Engineering, Product Quality, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing, and Product Support teams
- Review/approve software deliverables including requirements, design, verification/validation plans, and traceability matrices
