Qualifications

• IT-related degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in application, software support, and development, with emphasis on production issues and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of incident management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor production support mailbox and take actions on incoming cases.
• Investigate and resolve app issues by analyzing logs and data queries.
• Implement fixes and workarounds: data patches, educate end users, and configuration adjustments.
• Consult dev teams for resolution when required.
• Escalate to relevant dev teams for code fixes or system enhancements.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with external agency and stakeholders.
• Test apps after maintenance to ensure services are back to normal.
• Monitor performance and availability of applications.
• Perform annual and monthly account reviews for OS, DB and privileged users.
