Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelors degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on C#/.NET work with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.
- Strong OO design, scalable architecture, and real-time/industrial automation experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance C# components for machine control.
- Be part of a Kanban team delivering high-quality, maintainable software.
- Review code and mentor other developers to improve quality.
- Troubleshoot complex software and system issues.
- Integrate software with hardware and control systems.
- Define and implement software design, testing, and documentation best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of software processes and performance.
