Responsibilities

Design and develop machine control and automation software for advanced semiconductor equipment.
Develop application software using C#, C++, .NET and object-oriented programming.
Develop HMI, machine sequencing, recipe management, alarms, diagnostics, and production logging.
Develop multi-axis motion control, precision positioning, and synchronization.
Integrate PLC, servo systems, industrial I/O, sensors, vision systems, and machine peripherals.
Develop interfaces using SECS/GEM, EtherCAT, TCP/IP, OPC UA and other industrial protocols.
Optimize machine performance, cycle time, reliability, and fault recovery.
Lead software integration, debugging, troubleshooting, and system validation.
Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Vision, and Process Engineering teams.
Support machine commissioning and overseas customer projects when required.
