Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a Software Engineer to build, test and deploy end-to-end chat and web experiences that deepen product understanding. You will contribute to a scalable knowledge repository and catalog used across product teams.

Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years of hands-on software development, strong coding skills in Python, Go or React, and practical experience with AI tools and agent development. A related degree and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or React.
• Practical experience with AI tools and agent development.
• Knowledge of ML ecosystems (libraries, frameworks, platforms) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy end-to-end chat and web experiences for product understanding.
• Architect and scale our product knowledge repository and catalog.
• Develop agents that utilize resources and tools to provide expert insights into product catalog, rollout status, and performance.
