Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics, ML, and AI-driven solutions.

You will work across the full product lifecycle, from proof-of-concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges. The role emphasizes experience with Agentic AI frameworks and practical AI implementations. The ideal candidate brings strong engineering fundamentals, data science expertise, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Experience in Agentic AI engineering and web application development.
• Hands-on data science experience and AI techniques.
• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and open-source libraries.
• Knowledge of database design and cloud computing platforms.
• Strong communication and Agile delivery experience.
• Experience with commercial AI platforms (e.g., Dataiku, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Awareness of GovTech tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of analytics, ML, and AI-driven solutions.
• Design and implement AI products leveraging Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build and maintain AI-powered agents and applications.
• Develop software across frontend and backend with cloud data architecture.
• Improve workflows with automation, reusable components, and tooling.
• Perform functional and performance testing for quality delivery.
• Collaborate with technology teams on cloud-based architecture.
• Analyse business needs and suggest AI/automation solutions.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Define non-functional requirements and assess databases.
