Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions. The role leads technical initiatives, collaborates with cross-functional teams, mentors junior engineers, and ensures security, performance, and compliance across products.

The candidate will drive architecture discussions, translate requirements into robust implementations, and contribute to the overall software development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience with web frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, .NET, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and OOP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Translate business and technical requirements into efficient software solutions.
• Write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Review code, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance.
• Lead architecture discussions and recommend suitable technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure security, data protection, and compliance in software solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain technical documentation.
• Research emerging technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.
